Return Policy

Damaged/wrong item

If your customized sweatshirt is defective, please contact us by filling in your order number and attach a picture of the product explaining the problem. Our customer support will help you.

Please note: Return and exchange your items within 30 days after receiving the order. Regardless of the size, name and number you upload, it will be printed on your product. If you choose an incorrect size, name or number and send it to you, www.jerseysstoreonline.com is not responsible for replacing these items.

Cancellation/Returns

Because your personalized jersey is a unique piece and is only tailored for you, you will be charged a custom fee of $15 for each product when you buy it. If you want to cancel an order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason for cancellation, and we will try to retrieve it. But please note that once you submit your order, we will immediately start producing personalized products. If you want to cancel a purchase that has been put into production, your order needs to pay a purchase fee of $15 per item.

All refunds will be credited to the original payment amount, minus shipping costs, and personalized product discounts, unless incorrectly shipped. After processing the return, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that the funds in your account may take 7 to 10 business days from the date of receipt of this email, and additional settlement may be required Period to view funds on the bill.

Exchange and return

Unless defective or damaged, we will not be able to return our personalized products. Please refer to our return policy for damaged/misprinted items or contact our customer service to return the item.

Due to personal reasons such as a change of mind.

Personalized items are a type that cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
