1. How can I find the personalized shirt I want to buy?

Find the category of the product you want to buy on the home page (in the category list at the top of the page under the website title), move your mouse over the category name and you will see a list of sub-categories. Select the product your product belongs to and you will be taken to the product page. You can choose the goods you want to buy here.

2. How to make my favorite custom shirt that I can't find online?

Contact us and tell us what you think. We are happy to send you a free template of the design and provide a moderate price according to your needs.

3. How to place an order?

After clicking on the desired item, select the size and enter the name, number, material, then click "Add to Cart". View items in cart. Enter the coupon or discount code (if available). When ready, click Continue to proceed with payment. Choose your checkout method as a guest or registered customer (registered customers can log in from the right page). Click Continue and you will be redirected to the payment page. Please specify the destination, payment method and billing address of the product. Check your order information. You can change your address and payment information. Select "Process Order" to complete checkout. Don't forget to save your order information in a safe place in case you may need to check your order status.

4. How do you ship my personalized shirt?

We are honored to use UPS / DHL / Fedex / TNT / USPS as our primary carrier. Our production time will be the same and the shipping costs will vary depending on where the order goes.

5. How long will I receive a personalized shirt?

Usually, it takes about 10 business days to prepare the order, and the shipping time is 8-10 business days. If your order exceeds 4 pieces, the delivery time is 3-5 working days.

6. How to track my order?

If you are a registered member of our website, you can use the "Order Request" link to track your order. Or, our customer service can help you track your order. Besides, when we get the tracking number from the carrier, we can also send the tracking number and the tracking link to track the package status.

7. How to find the right size for me?

8. How can I change or cancel my order?

Since your custom shirt is a one-of-a-kind and tailored just for you, you will be charged a $ 15 customization fee for each product when you purchase it. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please email us your order number and reason for cancellation and we will try to recover it.

9. How to return the item to your company?

Our custom jerseys cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. Please refer to our shipping and return policy for damaged / misprinted items or contact our customer service for a return.

10. How many payment methods do you accept?

Payment is available via Visa / Mastercard / Transferwise. If you encounter payment problems while placing your order, please feel free to contact our customer service.

11. Can I change the country of destination in the order?

After placing an order, it is not necessary to change the shipment from domestic to international or vice versa.

12. Why do you charge my card more than the price of the product?

We only receive product prices. The bank may charge additional fees such as bank fees. Hope you can understand.
